We know it’s never fun to put in more work, but a little information up front will go a long way to solving your problem. Try to use an accurate description of the problem––’iPad unable to connect to wireless’, for example, instead of ‘internet’. Second, describe as many parts of the problem as you can, so we hit the ground running.

Once we have your information, we’ll get back in touch as soon as possible. Officially, our initial response time is 8 business hours, and we will start work on a problem within 24 business hours. Unofficially, we try our hardest to be much faster than that!
