Weird error messages, blank screen, failure to boot, adding drives, repairing “dead” external drives with a different enclosure, setting the whole system to meet your preferences; all solved when he immediately knows from previous experiences where to go, and if necessary, to venture without hesitation into that arcane black screen with only cryptic words and lines of words that are not English.
