Education
Every device, every classroom.
One IT partner since 2015.
On Jewel Lake Road in Anchorage, Lumen Christi Catholic High School has been forming students since 1996 — about 140 of them across grades 7–12, with a 100 percent graduation rate and nearly every graduate heading on to a four-year college. Small school. Big standards.
Big standards lean on real technology: managed PCs for staff, Chromebooks and iPads in the classroom, computer labs, and standardized-testing windows that can’t hiccup — all riding on a network that simply has to work. For a school this size, building an in-house IT department was never the practical answer.
So since 2015, Out of a Jam has been that department. We manage the mixed PC, Chromebook, and iPad fleet, train teachers in their own classrooms, deploy and refresh labs, monitor testing, and rebuild infrastructure end to end — including complete network replacements and ISP transitions. Whatever the school year throws at the network, it’s handled.
