Andrew Pendleton owns Walking in Paradise on Kauai, Hawai’i. Running a business on an island comes with a catch: dependable IT help is rarely just around the corner, and technology problems don’t wait for the next flight in.

Out of a Jam keeps Walking in Paradise running like it has an IT department down the hall: healthy networking, backups that are current and tested, and regular security assessments. Most of it we handle remotely — and when the work calls for hands on hardware, we’re there on Kauai in person.

David Stukenberg has written, produced, and performed songs for himself and others locally, nationally, and internationally — from concert halls to old farm silos. From his 2008 debut Mountain of Pieces to his current work as Stükenberg, the catalog keeps growing: sessions, mixes, masters, and video spanning organ, mandolin, accordion, cello, and more.

It’s not much good to produce music for others if you can’t save your work — and when you’ve been doing it as long as David has, you have a lot of work to save. Audio and video projects are big, interconnected, and unforgiving: lose one session drive and you can lose someone else’s record.

For over 15 years, Out of a Jam Solutions has worked with David to understand, create, and refine workflows for data storage, access, and restoration — across both space and time. Data loss? Zero. Vibes? Endless.
